The Carmi Lady Bulldog volleyball team is currently 23-13 on the season. We finished 7-3 in a tie for second place in the Black Diamond Conference. The team finished second in the Norris City tournament and 4th in the Edwards County tournament. We had three goals to start the season: 1. To win 20 games 2. To win the Conference 3. To win a Regional Championship. We achieved 2 of the 3 goals and won the first Regional Championship in 44 years at Carmi. We have a good mix of experience and youth on the team and are led by our 3 seniors, Jessica Smith, Greyson Huff, and Madison Strong. Fairfield had beaten us twice prior to the Regional Championship.
