Brittany Siobhan McDonald, 22 of W. Sycamore Street in Carmi has been arrested drug and traffic charges following a traffic stop in Carmi Friday, December 20. As a result of the traffic stop, McDonald was booked into the Carmi-White County jail on preliminary charges of unlawful use of property in connection with a methamphetamine offense, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving without a valid drivers license and driving without insurance.
Heather E. Juenger, 43 of S. Walnut Street in Carmi was arrested Friday evening, December 20 following an argument with the Carmi Animal Control Officer. According to officials with the Carmi City Police Department, the officer was investigating a dog bite case when the alleged altercation occurred. Juenger faces preliminary charges of battery and disorderly conduct. Bond in the case was $100 cash.
Rebecca L. Cartmill, 39 of High School Street in Crossville faces a charge of drunk driving after she was found passed out in her van. Carmi City Police say they received a report of Ms. Cartmill being “extremely intoxicated” when she left Danny's Pool Room shortly before 2 A.M. Saturday, December 21. A short time later police found Ms. Cartmill passed out in her van at Pundrake's Convenience Store. Bond in the case was $100 case.
Cierra B. Doherty, 21 of North Main Street in Springerton was cite4d Saturday evening, December 21 on two traffic charges. Following the traffic stop on Plum Street at West Webb, Doherty was cited for driving on a suspended license and driving an uninsured vehicle. She posted $250 cash bond on the scene and was released pending a court appearance.
Brittney A. Rankin, 29 of Gilpin Street in Carmi was arrested Sunday evening, December 22 on a charge of domestic battery. Carmi City Police responded to a 911 call about a physical domestic dispute at 1206 Gilpin Street and arrested Ms. Rankin. She was booked at the Carmi-White County jail shortly before 6:30 P.M. Sunday on a charge of domestic battery pending the posting of bond.
Michael B. Burch, 28 of Seventh Street in Carmi was arrested Monday, December 23 on a White County warrant and various traffic charges. Following a traffic stop at Seventh and Fackney Street shortly after 3 P.M. Monday, Burch was cited for having no valid drivers license, driving an uninsured vehicle, illegal transportation of marijuana in a vehicle and a White County failure to appear warrant. Total bond in the various cases amounted to $750 cash.
